We get a lot or requests to join the group. In an attempt to head off any feelings of rejection let me list the requirements here.
1, You must have some suitable art to share.
2, Please see rule 1.

If you do join what can you submit to the group? A quality picture of a slave girl in her collar. Four important things there;
1, A girl. Not a boy or a tranny or a cross-dresser. Strictly girls only. Also no elves, pixies, furries or non humans please.
2, A slave girl. Not a Dominatrix, goth or a punk in a choker or dog collar trying to shock their granny. The image should convey the idea the girl was put in the collar, or at least required to wear by their owner.
3, Collar. There must be a collar visible in the picture. The picture may be of the most submissive slave who serves her owner 24/7 but if the collar is not visible we'd rather you not submit it here. Also if there is a leash disappearing under the chin or into the hair, but the collar is not to be seen, please post this elsewhere.
4, Quality; The contributers will judge each submission on this and the other requirements before accepting a picture.

It does not matter what sort of collar; Leather, metal, rope or rubber. Posture, Turian or a neck corset. Tight or loose and with or without a leash or chain attached. Locked on or welded, riveted in place or simply buckled. So long as the wearer is a human female, a slave or submissive and is wearing a collar your art applies.
